1.1 Delivery methods
Euro Dezmembrari SRL delivers products sold throughout Romania through partner express courier companies. Upon request, it is also possible to personally pick up the products from the company’s headquarters/work point, with prior appointment.
1.2 Delivery time
Confirmed orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
The delivery time may vary depending on the destination city and the courier company’s schedule.
In exceptional situations (public holidays, adverse weather conditions, temporary lack of stock), the delivery time may be extended, in which case the customer will be informed.
1.3 Delivery costs
The delivery cost is borne by the customer and is communicated before the order is finalized.
The cost may vary depending on the weight, volume of the package and the destination city.
1.4 Checking the package
The customer is asked to check the integrity of the package upon receipt. Any visible damage must be reported to the courier and noted on the shipping documents.
