Euro Dezmembrări

1.1 General principles
Given the specific nature of the car dismantling business and the nature of the products sold (used car parts), returns are only accepted in the following situations:
the part is defective;
the customer requests an exchange for another available part.
Returns of parts for reasons such as the customer changing their mind or incompatibility caused by an incorrect order by the customer are not accepted.
1.2 Returns for defective products
Returns are accepted if the product is defective and the defect was not reported prior to sale.
Mandatory conditions:
the customer must notify Euro Dezmembrari SRL within 48 hours of receiving the product;
the part must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered, without any missing parts or alterations.
After checking the product, Euro Dezmembrari SRL will proceed to:
replace the part with a similar one (if available), or
refund the value of the part if replacement is not possible.
1.3 Product exchange
The customer may request the exchange of the part for another available part, subject to the following conditions:
the original part must not have been installed or used;
the request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product;
any price differences (if applicable) will be paid or refunded, as appropriate.
1.4 Products that cannot be returned
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
used parts;
parts damaged due to customer negligence or improper installation.
1.5 Return/exchange procedure
The customer notifies Euro Dezmembrari SRL by phone or email.
The product is returned to the address provided by the company.
The cost of transport is borne by the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
2. Warranty – terms stated on the invoice
2.1 Warranty period
Products sold by Euro Dezmembrari SRL are covered by a 7-calendar-day warranty from the date of invoicing, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021, applicable to second-hand car parts.
2.2 Warranty conditions
In order to resolve a warranty claim, the buyer is required to send the product in question, accompanied by the following documents:
a copy of the purchase invoice;
a report issued by an RAR-authorized service center, clearly and in detail describing the defect found;
for electrical/electronic components: an electronic diagnosis report clearly stating the defect complained about.
Products that malfunction during the warranty period will be:
replaced with a similar part, if available in stock;
or the value of the part will be refunded if replacement is not possible.
2.3 Warranty exclusions
The seller is exempt from any warranty liability in the following situations:
the part was not installed in an RAR-authorized service center, corresponding to the type, make, and model of the vehicle;
the defect in the part is caused by improper installation or use with other worn, defective, or modified components;
the part was used for an application other than that specified by the manufacturer;
the part was incorrectly identified due to the provision of incorrect data by the buyer;
the part was ordered incorrectly and it was subsequently found that another part was required;
the wear and tear of the part is the result of overuse, improper maintenance of the vehicle, or failure to comply with service intervals;
the product was installed incorrectly or together with worn related parts;
the vehicle was involved in accidents or suffered damage from external causes.
Returned parts that are disassembled, incomplete, or missing parts will not be accepted.
2.4 Other notes
Complaints regarding discrepancies between the goods and the invoice will only be accepted if reported within a maximum of 3 working days from delivery.
The products remain the property of the supplier until their full value has been paid.
